With the warm weather we’ve been having Spring has come early this year. The Snowdrops and Primroses are in full flower in our wooded Ghyll which are guests can enjoy by walking our Farm Trails.
We have been keeping ourselves warm by clearing all the dead wood and having a fire. Rather too many marshmallows were eaten by the younger members of the family!
Several of the National Trust gardens near us, such as Sissinghurst, are opening mid March and have wonderful displays of Spring flowers to enjoy. Great Dixter of Christopher LLoyd fame, opens on the 30th March.
